Easy booking quick and fast serviceIt is not my first time using them and this is the third time it’s always been very good service

Cheap hire and canny van, only issue was replacing the diesel used, we got the van between 3/4 and full tank and had to take it back accordingly, so checked average MPG, the van had done 89 miles quickly worked out £30 diesel so put £30 diesel in, gauge didn't move!! Thought I'll drive it back it will move up slowly it didn't! So we were told to go put more in despite telling them £30 hadn't moved the gauge! So back along to garage,put another £10 in (now I knew I had replaced far more than used) even according to the bloke at the hire site (24 miles per £10 which was incorrect as i had reset MPG counter it displayed 29 MPG £8.40 per gallon easily covered by £30) gauge didn't move! So put another £5 in gauge didn't move!! Put yet another £5 in and bang full tank of fuel!!! (Yes I took the keys out whilst filling then put them back in turned the ignition on after each amount added) so went back and said hey this gauge must stick! I've paid £50 diesel for 89 miles! I believe £20 over! Bloke had no interest in listening couldn't do anything! Told to come back when owner was in!! Not worth trailing all the way back over £20! Funnily enough he had also sent another bloke back to the garage at the same time as me! So clearly an issue on the vans! I would maybe use again but be a lot more careful refuelling, or send the van out full bring it back full like every other hirer I have used! And maybe a bit more customer care!!

Friendly cheap and very handy.

This is a local company who are exceptional. I needed to hire a van in a hurry they were able to help by putting themselves out to get a vehicle back and turned around in a very short space of time. The van itself was a 22 plate Nissan which was clean and appeared well maintained.Thank you for all your help and at such a good price.

Called into JCS yesterday and asked if they could sort me out with a van to help my daughter and grandkids move into their new home today. Staff were fab and sorted me out with a new, clean and well maintained van which was perfect for the move. I highly recommend JCS for van hire. Thanks again :-)

Jcs is the best van rental I’ve used and would definitely recommend, the staff are so friendly and everything explained clearly, you pick the van up with a FULL TANK of fuel and fill it when finished it’s so easy and will definitely use again when I need a van.

Terrible service was told in the morning we don't care about the hub caps one came off the van and was charged 24.99 for a hub cap that company said it don't care about lady said none of our caps have came off before but just looking at the other vans could tell this was not the case nice rip off job bet the money don't go to new hub cap and van I was given totally unsafe alarm would not stop sounding very off putting thankfully I was only doing a short trip 6 miles or so or would have took van back will never use this clown company again vic youngs from now on

Needed a crew cab at somewhat short notice and JCS were absolutely spot on. Everything was sorted from start to finish and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a hire vehicle in the area ♡

I have rented vans from this company for quite a few years now and never had a problem. They always point out any little dents of scratches and mark them on a van map and always make sure of van having a spare wheel. i could not fault them one bit in all the years i have rented from them.I give JCS 5 stars and 100% for a good service.
