Had the new air x airbrick system which is new technology. Fitted promptly and good work was done fitting them . Won’t no untill winter sets in how efficient it will be but the write ups are good

Prompt response to my request for an EPC. The visit was arranged within a couple of days and the certificate delivered the following day. I would use them again.

Loft insulation. Property quickly and expertly surveyed, quotation sent and acceptable. Installation was within a few days and even better than imagined, able to retain old insulation, add a depth of 30cm overall and insulate the previously uninsulated bathroom. The two workmen were quick, polite and very efficient. A job very well done, as evidenced in a video taken.

I recently had the pleasure of using Northern Retrofit to install cavity wall insulation on my detached home. The team were very professional and friendly. The process went well and took about 4 hours. Would have no issue using them again in the future.

Just had cavity wall insulation installed by NR. From start to finish the experience was a professional act starting with the gentleman who came round to assess our property who was open and honest in his discussions sharing with us the downside of old style wool insulation and the upside of polystyrene ball technology.Following his assessment the sales team at HQ were on the ball with their quote which met expectations having previously researched the internet.The fitters were very diligent with their task constantly cleaning up after themselves whilst working consistently hard, persuading the guys to take a tea break was a challenge. It is fair to say our garden has never looked so clean and tidy after their clean up operation, well done.

Whilst working on a project in Luton, the lads stayed in our property. They kept the place in great condition. Very reasonable bunch with good attention to detail
