Great staff and loads of cool stuff.

It was amazing, a fun experience with friends' especially when no one is limited by their gaming rig. I'd recommend spending time with the boys on day outs sometimes here instead of rottin' away in your room.

Would avoid this store at all cost. Was looking to trade in my console for credit. The fat guy removed the manufacturers sticker and tried to say I opened it. Lucky I had photo of the console taken just before I enter the store. Gave me a £5 store credit which I refused. What a joke I am writing to head office.

Initial visit did ot think much and was bit too busy for my liking. Purchased a Nintendo controller not good. Went back returned and bought a upgrade. Shop staff was helpful returning goods made easy and some good recommendations

Belong Gaming inside game -Turned up for out 6pm slot, all computers were in use had to wait 10 minutes for our slots to be open. The game that we came to play was not installed on all of the computers so we had to wait 40 minutes of our paid for time to download the game. (Which was stated in the online booking that we would be playing) got told we had 10 minutes left at 7:40pm then one of the employees came over and turned all our screens off at 7:50 trying to force us to leave mid game. Got told to leave and they will log us out of everything. I log into my home computer the next day to see someone on my account playing remotely to the lan cafe. Outright disrespectful behavior from one of the staff members and failing to log us out of out accounts with a verbal agreement that they would. Don't waste your time or money going to this place.

When I pay the check, one of the staff was laughing toward me all the time, that makes me feel uncomfortable and offended.

It's a small shop but they have the essentials for gaming. They've also started adding more board games and such, which is nice. Usually I check in every now and again to see what preowned games I can pick up. The prices are fair and typically I'm in and out in a flash.Would reccomend going in the morning as its usually pretty quiet but I don't think ever seen it over whelmed so it might be good at all times.

Disgusting heat wave inside this store, the store is a joke air con gets fixed for maybe two days and it breaks again. You feel the heat hit your face as you walk in, can barely breathe in there

Just been into the store as me and my girlfriend wanted to buy an Xbox series x (one each, which we got eventually). I had an old Xbox to trade which they said was no problem after rushing back and forth to see if they had enough time to test it (store closed in 3 hours) they said come back in 30 mins, so me and the GF went for food. We returned in about 50 minutes which left the store about 1 hour 20 till closing. I was told my Xbox was fine and could be traded in but we could only buy one Xbox and it’s one per person. On the first visit they had no issue when I said we wanted 2. I guess either me or my GF don’t qualify as people? I said I wanted to two and then one of the staff said it was an issue because I came in late??? The store was still open for another hour. At this point all they had to do was take my cash and I’d be on my way. So not sure why me taking 20 minutes extra was such an issue. Was then told it had to be different game accounts so we have two, but it’s free to sign up so they just signed my girlfriend up. I guess they was worried about the time as it took 3 different people to count the cash over 15 minutes. In the end we left with two, but kind of wish I spent the money somewhere else as the attitude was just rude and odd. 1/10 don’t pay cash if you’re in a rush.
