Josh our guide who is in the pictures was an amazing young man. Very funny, full of facts and a great story teller. Would definitely recommend this tour and try to get Josh as your guide. Credit to the company.

We visited the cavern as a way to escape the great British summer weather, it was torrential so 150m under ground was the best place to be.We took our 6 year old and 3 year old down,The youngest was free and tickets generally are cheaper bought in advance. The youngest was nervous at first, but our tour guide Jack was cracking jokes right from the off, which put him at ease, and he loved the experience at the end. This was informative, interesting and really good fun, I would highly recommend it.My only gripe is that the time you book online is 20 mins ahead of your actual entry time, so read the small print and turn up at your actual time slot, or bring a full wallet for the gift shop!

We had THE best time here! What an incredible place, in a gorgeous part of the world. Also special thanks to Callum - you're a brilliant tour guide and we really enjoyed the experience because of you!

Not many places in the UK where you can walk 106 steps to 490ft below ground, get into a boat that goes through a tight tunnel and get to a magnificent cavern. Guides are witty and have a good sense of humour, and the tour is educational and enjoyable for both adults and kids.

From toddlers to adults we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Josh was a brillaint tour guide. Clued up on all the facts with the occasional good 'dad' joke. No, he was absolutely brilliant. Made the tour more fun. Would 100% recommend for all ages.

Great tour today. Tour Guide Noah was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with confidence. The boat motor did not work on the way there so Noah pushed us all the way and fixed it for our return, nothing was going to stop him. Steep climb there and back but other than that a relaxing trip, not claustrophobic like I thought it might be.

It was a great experience and the tour guide was both informative and entertaining. The views of the cavern at the end of the tunnel were also breath taking.Top tip, it's very chilly down there. If you feel the cold maybe bring a jumper
