Adrian was very professional. He turned up on time to fit a new boiler and stayed until the work was completed to an excellent standard. He was trustworthy, polite and friendly. He explains what is going to be done and why and explains the pros and cons. He cleans up after himself.His high standards are evident as we had a minor problem afterwards which we contacted him about, he returned and solved the issue immediately.
