I attended a training course at Girl Boss on Monday and wow! This place is amazing, the tutor that taught our course covered everything and could not do enough for us. Fantastic team, very experienced in what they do and 100% provide a gold standard approach to teaching. Since my course on Monday, I have had contact from the team checking in and they are always there to help. Amazing aftercare. Would not go anywhere else.

When considering going into the aesthetics industry I spent two years doing my research and looking into many different training academies throughout the uk. I decided on GirlBoss academy and travelled four hours across country and I couldn't have been happier with the quality of training that I received from GirlBoss. Actually I couldn't rate them any higher if I tried, from the academy itself, the amazing staff that go above and beyond whilst you are there on training, the tutors are AMAZING! I was taught by Helena and Trudy I couldn't have wished for better tutors they are both extremely knowledgeable and teach to the highest standard. My first course was beginners aesthetics which I completed in April, I have since been back twice to train in advanced aesthetics and skin boosters. I will be back doing more training in January. I would always choose GirlBoss I totally made the best and right decision when I decided to train with them. A HUGE THANKYOU FOR BEING THE BEST! Never have I ever experienced a business as bad as this, as you can see there is other comments about how they don’t allow people to cancel courses and threaten with debt collection, they do not comply with legislation nor allow consumers their basic rights of cancellations/refunds, I have reported this business to trading standards, so please avoid this business at all costs, I have been trying to resolve this with them for 6 months and they have constantly threatened debt collection services throughout, I have done everything correctly and reported them through trading standards and asked to resolve this on various occasions and don’t this all correctly so communication is only kept via email so there is track of it, they have today told me they have sent my case over to debt collection services even though nobody independent has looked at the dispute, which is in their terms and conditions. I have kept every single email from them over the last 6 months and they just lie, I will certainly not put up with this behaviour and do everything in my power to stop businesses acting like this! I am a professional so my role in society is to fight for human rights and social justice and I will not allow companies like this to exploit vulnerable people. And now they are threatening me with a small court claims and honestly don’t even understand why they would do this when I cancelled my course and now I am off work sick because of all this stress!!Please report this business to Stockport council if you have also had similar concerns, I am absolutely utterly shocked and disgusted by their behaviour, shame on the owners! Please avoid booking with these guys, do not let awful businesses like this get away with what they are doing, it causes huge impacts on people’s mental health and this is NOT how a business should run!To make matters worse I even told them I have as PTSD as this has caused me so much stress fighting these the last 6 months, and this is their response.I even asked a for a refund due to their lies and just everything that has gone on, in am so utterly shocked, I have bought up every bit of legislation and tried resolving this with them in the most amicable way, yet each time they would ignore requests when I asked for information or stated the law, then they would say if you don’t pay we will send you to debt collectors as we have nothing left to say to you, but again failing to comply with ever their own terms and conditions. They are trying to charge me for an aesthetics course I have not even attended, I only did the skincare course and again I have email proof of then saying that is fine to cancel the course, now they are charging me £2,250 for a course I haven’t even attended, WHAT THE ACTUAL!This is also how lovely they are, for someone who is really distressed and stressed over this….. this is there response, as we don’t want to cause you anymore stress we will now take you to a small claims courts instead of debt recovery, which they told me they sent my account over to them today, again as I complain to try to threaten me with further action of making a small claim court against me. What a Lovely CEO!PLEASE IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY BAD DEALINGS WITH THESE REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS/CITIZENS ADVICE!

I don't know where to start really. At first I was apprehensive because it was a big change up in my career and I worried it would be a bad investment.... Well I was WRONG!! I signed up for the fast track to aesthetics, but with a 6 month gap between Skin boss and Injectables, to gain confidence, clients and experience.ALL of the girls there are so friendly, helpful, warm and encouraging. The first day was a lot of theory and was a lot to take in, but so interesting and informative. The second day we had a demo and then a model. I went from being a nervous wreck to in full go mode.Ever since there has been consistent amazing support. I've been watching, listening, learning and executing and it's paying off. Only opened my clinic at the end of September and this month already I have fully booked clinics.If you are questioning whether it is the right move, GO FOR IT. As long as you are determined, dedicated and motivated there is absolutely nothing that can stop you. Plus you have so much support. Thank you so much GB, you really have switched my life up and I cannot wait to come up for more training sessions with you. xxxx

This company is a sham, signed up with them in February 2023 of this year out of the blue. Was assured I would get the help and support I would need and never really got that at all. I told them I had issues with my mental health due to breakdown a few months in to the course bare in mind the course was over £3000 and I was paying £119 per month for this. I asked them to cancel my course and stop any future payments all I got was we can reduce payments or it goes to courts if you don't pay. No help at all, just money money money from these guys. I'm now stuck with paying for court costs from a company that didn't help in the first place since the beginning. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Had a couple of different treatments done as a student and would highly recommend. The academy is clean and easy to find. Professional and friendly - Trudy is very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable and Danielle made me feel so welcome and delivered top notch customer service.

So yesterday I attended a course at girl boss and I can honestly say I definitely chose the right place! I traveled up from Wolverhampton there were very professional and helpful from start to finish. The girls were so lovely and welcoming, the knowledge and teaching was excellent and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again so so much girls and the on going support.
