Recently placed a large of some mixed brownies and blondies for a party. The order process was easy and Paige was very friendly at arranging everything. The brownies were banging - everyone at the party loved them. They were demolished by the end of the night. Would highly recommend for an event.

I’m so sorry to write this because I acknowledge how busy the bakery is and how popular the business is as a whole. I don’t doubt how hard the staff work. The coffee is so good, I love the baked goods. However that being said, never go here during half term if you don’t want to be surrounded by screaming kids! They also forgot our order. We waited almost 20 minutes in what felt like absolute chaos, the interior is smeared with brown everywhere, which is such a shame. I understand the vision but unfortunately it seems locals treat it as a crèche ruining the atmosphere and visual appeal. They’ve forgotten my order previously too, maybe the staff are overrun with how busy it gets but a little organisation could go a long way. Staff were very apologetic but didn’t even note down our coffee order because they had to ask again when we decided to takeaway our drinks.

The best bakery with the best brownies. It’s a bit dangerous having them round the corner from work as the bakes are to die for.Paige and the team are an asset to Plymouth. The prices are more than reasonable, one brownie can easily feed two people… if you’re willing to share, they are so good though it’d be difficult! The Reese’s peanut butter and lotus brownies are especially amazing. Xx

Went to Milas last night with my wife and grown up kids. Service in there was excellent, had to change the wife's order late notice but the guy in there had no problems sorting it out. Prices are amazing less than half the price of getting a desert at a restaurant and the coffee is far better value than the major brand next door. Excellent cake excellent coffee excellent service

I went on a Saturday to try and bag myself a celebration drippy cake from the counter having not been organised enough to pre order for my son's birthday party! Having checked Google it stated the opened at 10am which caused me to delay my arrival. I was a little annoyed that the opening hours on the door of the shop stated they opened at 9:30 which would have given me some valuable time back.The shop is beautiful and clean with very friendly staff. The cake was delicious and really looked the part. We were delighted with all of it and would highly recommend.
