Recently moved to the area and met Sam who sold me my car . I’ve read some on the reviews here and am surprised by some of the negative responses as my experience with Sam and his business was excellent. I can only assume that some people don’t realise that buying a new car for yourself doesn’t mean it’s new ! I’ve recommended Sam to one of my friends also who bought a car and is very happy.

DO NOT BUY! SCAMMERS! I got ripped off with a dangerous car when they were the motoring trade centre, I’ve only had the car a matter of months, they are scammers and are not a registered company with company house. They have ignored my emails and letters, they went bankrupt and have set up this new company, don’t make the same mistake I did!What a ridiculous reply to my review, that was not the issue with the car it was the engine light amongst other issues but the airbag light was not one of them, I never refused any repair I have no idea what you are talking about

❗️❗️AVOID AT ALL COSTS❗️❗️I brought a 2016 Jaguar XF when they were trading as MTC cars, it has had the same problem several times since I brought the car in April. I was told the issue would be resolved before I collected the car, when I spoke to the garage they were never asked by the dealership to look into the issue, Sam then took the car back after weeks of trying to get hold of him to sort the issue out and tried to make me feel guilty for the money he had to spend on the car to put it right, 4 weeks later the SAME PROBLEM was back but much worse to the point the car has been now sat on my driveway for close to 9 weeks as it won’t start and Sam’s (owner) solution is to block my number. No wonder he’s moved locations…trying to hide from his consistent problems that he causes himself. It wouldn’t surprise me if the positive reviews are ones he’s left himself to try and hide all the negative ones about him and the way he practices business.Your reply is full of lies which really reflects your dishonest, untrustworthy and ignorant character Sam. When I viewed the car originally I only agreed to buy the car IF the car was looked at for the noise, that Paul verified he could also hear, was fixed hence why it said about the noise on my invoice for the car which I still have a copy of. It wasn’t a ‘few months later’ that I contacted you, it was 3 weeks and the reason it was 3 weeks was because that’s how long it took to get hold of you because you were constantly ignoring my calls and emails to which I have evidence of. The car came back to you on 1 occasion to be fixed at MOT Car Repairs (to whom I’ve been speaking to and it turns out you haven’t paid invoices to them from months ago, again a perfect representation of your disgusting character) to which you kept my car for 10 days! 4 weeks after that repair was done my car broke down again to which it hasn’t started since. My finance company have been consistently trying to get hold of you but you’ve also now blocked their number as well. You then accidentally sent me photos of another car you were trying to sell and when you realised that you’d sent it to me rather than another unfortunate customer you lied to me again and blocked my number. FYI I did buy a warranty which shows how clued up you are about your own business but they don’t cover pre-existing faults to which this is.

Really let down by them. Left my son waiting over a week for repairs on a car we put a deposit on (Renault Clio 1.2T 2010 plate). Son was happy to wait of it would have been right. Was very patient, though we had to chase for updates. Finally got the car to test drive again, fault hadn't been fixed and the inner door handle still came off in my hand. Plus I stuck a fiver in it to be able to test drive it.Paul at the Poole branch ended up taking the brunt of the disappointment but Richard from Parley nor the boss who I also spoke to, felt the need to call back and apologise.Paul called me to issue the refund but a really poor show from the Parley site.Makes the front page of their website look a complete joke.

Do not use this company! All bad reviews are correct! There’s one thing selling a faulty car but dangerous ones that’s a new one! Careful he don’t fold the company again because that warranty he wants you to buy will be invalid

Recently purchased a car from Parley Car Centre and must say the advice that I received from Sam and his team was trustworthy and reliable in comparison to other salespeople I spoke to at other garages. Would highly recommend- I love my Mazda!

Picked up a car from here a couple days ago, so far so good. No messing about, went in and paid the deposit and 2 days later the car was ready with a fresh MOT. There was no pushy selling and we were fitted in to suit our commitments. No issues with the car (yet), but I have faith that they’ll deal with any that arise!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Under investigation by trading standards. Owner keeps going bankrupt, he was previously MTC but there are others on companies house. He is selling faulty cars. He lies about car repairs and refuses to accept responsibility for selling dangerous cars. I can’t get my money back via court as MTC has ceased trading. Please don’t get ripped off like I and many others have. Reviews are on trust pilot and feefoo. Many people have been ripped off.EDIT 23/10 following your reply Sam. My comments are not slanderous. The money you gave me was towards the injectors and in fact the DPF unit is faulty 9as well as the injectors), something you said had been fixed. The DPF is £1500 and you tried to fob me off with a non genuine part only this weekend for £289. The car is filling with diesel fumes. You said you have fixed the DPF. I have had this car for weeks NOT even months. It has multiple faults, warming lights flashing and you have just kept telling me you are bankrupt and have no money to give me. You also said that if you took my car back you would just put it up for sale on eBay for £2000 with no warranty. Who does that to people knowing a car has multiple faults?I am a good, genuine person with elderly parents who reply on me for everything, I told you that when I bought the car in good faith a few weeks ago. You are supposed to be the expert in cars and as a woman who doesnt know much about cars I put my faith in you. The car broke down literally 2 days after picking it up....and has been back and forth ever since then

I believe this to be the same owner (Sam) as MTC Cars who mysteriously disappeared after taking a £500 deposit from me for a car that I recently agreed to purchase from their Ringwood Road branch. My last communications with Sam some weeks ago was that the car was booked in for an MOT and service and would then be ready for collection however since then I have been unable to get hold of Sam as I believe mine and my partners numbers have now been blocked from both their old and current numbers. I have now seeked legal advice and the matter is being investigated by my credit card company and solicitor. I have also reported to trading standards as people shouldn’t be allowed to conduct business in such a way!
