The flowers for my mothers funeral were exceptional. Time was taken to consider my wishes and the end results were amazing.Would highly recommend

awful, i work for a funeral company that use this company a lot, and today we were at the branch and the flowers wernt delivered. i ran to the shop to collect and the order hadnt even been done, i has a very distressed daughter that ordered 60pound spray for her mum and they hadnt done it, claiming the order wasnt placed. after speaking to the daughter and funeral arranger i saw clear evidence the order was placed monday 23rd!! To which i was told we can do you something but it needs paying for, after explaining the funeral was now late and the family was in immense distress the lady threw" something together and gave me her bank details as i had no cash on me. we asked for autumnal colours this isnt what i was given but had to get "something" for her to place on her mums coffin.when i got back with the flowers she broke down again

I attended a funeral today and was very shocked to see a floral tribute that had cost £60.00, and to be honest I could have purchased better from Asda / Sainsbury for about £10.00.Half of the flowers were dying and the foliage was limp.Will never use or recommend again.

We got married in May this year at The Bull Hotel and we chose Flowers of Borough Green to do all of our flowers.Our flowers were absolutely gorgeous!We didn’t cover the venue in flowers but the ones we chose really made the venue look beautiful. From button holes, bridal bouquet, to flowers for the cake. It was all perfect.Thank you so much for being part of our special day ❤️ couldn’t recommend enough xxx

I ordered a wreath for my father's funeral and as I live far away I managed to do this over the telephone. The staff listened to my request and suggested a wreath I liked on their website but with different coloured roses. On the day of the funeral I saw the wreath and it far surpassed my expectations and was larger than I imagined. It was beautiful and I'm so glad I used Flowers of Borough Green. Thank you

We ordered my sister's floral tributes with Flowers of BG and they were gorgeous. They listened to my initial requests and even phoned up the day before to ensure all the details were correct.On the day, they were professional to resolve a request I had.There were many comments on how beautiful the arrangements were. That photo was taken the following day and as you can see, many of the blooms are still looking stunning. I have since taken the large spray home and placed the remaining florals in vases around the house as they're so gorgeous and remind me of my wonderful sister.I would just advise that staff double check the spellings of names when writing on the tribute card but apart from that their designs are just wonderful and added and special touch to what was a difficult day.Thank you.

Wonderful flowers. Beautiful arrangement. Great service. Stayed open last thing on a Saturday, beyond closing, to put some emergency flowers together for me. We are lucky to have retailers like this in Borough Green. I’ll do all I can to support them in the future.

Placed an online order for the Bold and Beautiful" bouquet. The "Grand" bouquet I purchased for £40 seemed to contain more green foliage than flowers.Having previously purchased bouquets from elsewhere for a similar price

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The company does not fulfil their orders! The system has apparently been down for a week now yet their website is still up and running taking peoples money! I have been fighting to get a refund for 6 days now and have been fobbed off/lied to every time.
