Love this shop. Quick, efficient and affordable. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I’ve used them quite a few times now.

Absolutely shocking service and the plaque wasn’t the same size as it was supposed to be that wouldn’t have been an issues but the plaque was a totally different shape!!!I got it back down when I could to be told they are refusing to re-do it and they would refund me!!!Wasn’t about the money but if they couldn’t do it (now saying it’s not possible), then why take the work on??Spoke to woman on phone who was rude and just minimised the issue and she put the blame hone down on me!!!!I will never use them again and would never recommend them.If you want a job doing right don’t use camo engraving, that’s the safest option!!!!!Bad service from start to finish!!!!!When collect it was wrapped up and was told to glue it on because they had no glue left know I know why…..

Really helpful customer service and extremely happy with the outcome of the work undertaken (assisted with a bespoke anniversary gift by engraving custom-designed emblems onto copper pipe)... I felt Cameo Engraving Co engaged with me, listened to my request and worked with me to achieve what I’d hoped would be possible, all within a helpful timescale too! Would certainly recommend and reuse their services! Huge thanks :D

Placed an order for 9 trophies from Cameo. The lady I spoke to initially was extremely helpful and assured me that they’d be delivered to the shop in York that same week. I messed up and forgot to collect as arranged on the Friday, with both shops closed on the Saturday and the trophies required for a competition on the Sunday I chanced my arm by emailing Cameo early on the Saturday morning not expecting anyone to pick it up until they re-opened the following week. To my surprise the owner rang me later that day, he then jumped in his car and drove 45 minutes to York to open the shop up for me to collect my order. This level of service is absolutely phenomenal, I’d personally like to thank you, Alan, for going above and beyond. Fantastic customer service and a brilliant product too. I couldn’t recommend Cameo Engraving highly enough.

Fantastic service! Will definitely return. I called in yesterday morning in a rush because I needed something speedily engraving and a hole put through a coin which carries sentimental value. I, being the person I am, sometimes forget that things are not instant and when I was informed that it would take to the week's end I was put in a tricky situation. With a little bit of negotiation, and a swift transaction, they managed to expidite the request for the next day! Wonderful service, will definitely return, thank you for allowing me to gift something with personal value.

A wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. Staff were helpful and engaging throughout, explained what I wanted and they couldn’t help enough. The care and attention to detail was of a high standard, they managed to design and produce the item in 2 days after I was let down by someone else. The quality of what they designed and produced was outstanding, will be using again in the future. Would highly recommend. Can’t thank the team enough.

Amazing service, clear pricing, and professional staff. Called at 11am to ask for an engraved glass for a work project, and it was ready for 4:30!From the moment I called, they couldn’t be more helpful, professional and polite, especially as I had a last minute, same day request!Thank you so much!

Brilliant. Lovely people, super helpful and very high quality engraving.I previously had a pendant engraved at Ernest Jones, which took 2 weeks, cost twice as much and the engraving quality wasn't amazing. Two Timpsons branches declined to do the most recent engraving, as it was too difficult.Cameo' had no issue with the pendant, the engraving was so much clearer and more detailed than Ernest Jones, plus it was ready next day.I wouldn't go anywhere else.
