Great team at EcoSmart and had the pleasure of David attending to my cars yesterday. Such an honest and humble guy and it was his first time prepping my cars and he did a fantastic job and his attention to detail and his work rate is amazing! Went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer and he took his time and didn’t rush. Cheers buddy!

Having left a negative review two days ago after using TheEcoSmartPlus (london) as I was not happy with the initially cleaning of the exterior of my BWM 7 Series, I was personally contacted on 4th August 2021 via my personal mobile by the manager of the company who personally took it upon himself after seeing the review to resolve this matter and to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion in order to maintain the level of service in which they deliver the their customers and new customers who pay for their services.I can say that I am really happy that Mr Akram Allam who came down to my house to inspect the car again where he provided a re-washed so well done to point where the car is so shine and clean to the exact of my satisfaction. I am really happy with the service in which one has received in even to the point where I was given free of charge a anti-theft Key holder pouch for my car by Mr Akram Allam. Thank you very much. The level of communication was professional and curious and very down to earth and would will do and listen to any of issues in which one has to then resolve them. Thanks once again.
