Absolutely brilliant, I booked in for a service after I had purchased a new bike. Matt give me good advice on fork upgrades and what i would need in terms of size, which is helpful as I was clueless. He collected my bike and it was returned just over an hour later . I recommend and will be using again. Cheers Matt

My daily commuter bike got a Full service, a new cassette, chain, pads, tyres in less than no a day for an extremely fair price . So pleased when I saw my bike sparkly clean as well. Fabulous! Top notch! I was so lucky to find BotD! My brakes were getting iffy after 750 miles of JOGLE and he fixed them for me straight away so could back on the road south. Thank you so much.

I explained the problem I had and it was fixed to a high standard and at a relatively decent price. I was also informed of other issues I had with my bike and I was asked whether I'd like them to be resolved. It definitely saved me a trip to a shop. A highly professional service. I would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Matt was excellent, arrived when promised, really friendly, talked to my daughter about what he was doing (an interested 7 year old) great price and speedy service. Bike is road ready and also advise about seat height. Will definitely use again.

Matt provided a bike service for me back in April and the professional service was fantastic. He also managed to repair a defect that many others had been unable to. My bike has been brilliant to ride ever since and no issues.
