Booked in and drove 30 mins to drop it off as agreed. Handed over vehicle to have a set of alloys refurbished and advised would be ready by end of week. Great, all good upto now. Drove home, 30 mins, 16 miles and half an hour later received a call to say that they didn't know that the acid bath Was going away for service that day and let's reschedule, just like that. No sorry, nothing. How can you not know your main pieces of equipment are going for service? Absolute joke, totally let down, wasted my time and money. Chris, your customer service was shocking!! AVOID!!!!!
