Been on hold for over an hour and now they're closed and the call cut off. Claims to be here to help people but I have never been able to get through to them and I have tried on many many occasions and nothing.

Always amazing service and great advice, the staff seem like they genuinely care.It's just getting through to them which is the difficulty, be swift with the callback system, don't bother waiting on the line just request a callback either via email or the system.
