Left impreza for whole day, they just managed to connect to OBD port and confirm that there is a problem, which was obvious even without that. And they said that it needs more investigation, despite the fact that they had a car whole day. Very bad communication - had to chase them all the time about updates, they did not call as promissed. So avoid these totally utterly useless bunch of people who would like to charge just for speaking with them......

I took my 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX to JEM to have a new downpipe fitted and have JEM take the car through its MOT.JEM were really helpful on the phone advising what needed to be done with my car and were confident they could handle. The downpipe I supplied needed a new gasket but JEM were really good at finding one fast and this only delayed collecting my car by one day.Definitely felt my car was in good hands at JEM and would definitely recommend!

I have been using JEM for more than 15 years and they have been excellent throughout that time. The staff are friendly and have always given good advice with any options explained clearly. The extended opening hours are a bonus. They are cheaper than main dealer prices.

Highly professional and polite. Repaired serivced and diagnosed the car and repaired body perfectly. I was given a courtesy car for 2 days also. Honest and quality.

Left a real bad taste. I was recommended jem but they are a real let down. Happily took my money and then never followed up for the completion of the job. When I rang to follow this up they never made any form of apology or explanation.. Very sceptical ofWhat they actually did or didn't do on my visit to their garage. Questionable ethics and customer service.
