Excellent veterinary service, staff are great and we trust them implicitly for our dogs.

After registering my dog to their veterinary which only took a day or two, I booked an appointment for my dog, the lady at the reception and the vet was so kind and sweet! My dog is super nervous and anxious but they were so patient with her and kind! You can tell they really care for the animals that come in and not just for the money!

However they couldn’t really tell us the result, despite we have spent quite a lot in that clinic. That’s why we decided to change to SJ Hales.After having initial consultation with SJ Hales, we have chosen them to proceed treatment due to their precise diagnosis, professionalism, caring and efficiency. Due to the condition emergency surgery was soon arranged, followed by several phone calls and caring follow ups. We made the right choice for our lovely Latte, we are really appreciated all the vets involving especially Sarah and Paul. Thank you.

Really happy with these vets. They are friendly, kind and always happy to advise. My cat came back from his surgery well looked after with treats in his carrier to keep him happy.

Lovely place took Billy Cat ,he had stomach cancer they was great with him told him to go home and enjoy the sun,he passed away 6 days later.
