Staff are rude, inconsiderate and unpleasant

Booked them to come and have a look some damp in our bedroom. They arrived an hour and a half late. The man seemed shocked when I suggested going into the attic (which is were it turned out the problem was) and didn't even bring a ladder so couldn't even try and climb up to have a look at what was could be wrong. He told me he had no idea how to fix it, and then quoted me over £600+VAT to come and take half the roof off to 'have a look'. Having got a second opinion we discovered the problem was something we could fix ourselves just by popping into the loft. Would not recommend.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish at a stressful time with a leak. From the first call with an extremely helpful young lady on the phone the issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended to all my friends, clients and family.

Fitsall Roofing put on a single ply membrane onto a new flat roof and onto a garden office and slate tiles onto a pitched roof. They were friendly, efficient and did a great job. They also did our last extension roof 12 years ago and not one slipped tile since. I am very pleased with the result and can thoroughly recommend them. Their price was also very competitive.
