I have only been with them for 4 months, but I have found that they go above and beyond in every aspect of their business, so I can see why they’re rated as #1 raw dog food company in the UK on many websites. Their customer service is speedy, the quality of the food is amazing, the packaging is perfect and even the website is great. If I left it up to my dog he could eat the whole 15kg in the puppy box in one sitting hahaha. I wish I could give 10/5 stars, but I can only do 5. Keep up the smashing work guys :)

Hi this is Flynn, I’m writing this review because I eat the stuff. I love it when I see the DPD van because I know my delicious food is here on time as always.I love my raw food and treats, always clean my bowl. We’ve been relying on Naturaw for probably over a year now and we’ve been very happy. I was very keen to find a company who were ethical about their supply of raw dog food. We are picky about the sourcing of our human food and wanted to achieve the same effect for our dog. Combined with the sustainable packaging and the reward for returning used packaging, Naturaw have certainly done that. Thanks again.

I having been feeding Naturaw to my dog for almost a year now since changing him over to raw. The quality of the 80/10/10 meals is always excellent, he loves all the different meats he’s tried and always wolfs them down! He’s a much happier and healthier dog since he started on Naturaw. The customer service is excellent- I order every few weeks and the order is always sent out promptly and is nicely packaged.

Our dog absolutely loves this food. When we first rescued him he was really particular about food, even other raw meat companies. He’s been eating Naturaw for nearly 2 years and does a little jump of joy most mornings when I go to the fridge.I love the subscription service, really simple to edit frequency. I also save up the wool liners and return them for a discount, it’s such a great incentive. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Since starting to use Naturaw a few years ago they have been simply excellent. The food is top quality, and the choice is often updated. The packaging they use is all recyclable - even the plastic film on the food cartons and the cartons themselves are biodegradable. They offer a discount scheme to return the wool liners in the delivery boxes. The customer service is always responsive and helpful, and a small but important detail, the courier they use is 100% reliable and efficient. I only wish all companies were a bit more like Naturaw - BRILLIANT

This little lady used to be a tired, grumpy and frequently ill. After switching to Naturaw 2 months ago she has lots more energy, her coat is insanely soft and glossy and she no longer seems to collect illnesses like they’re going out of fashion. So pleased we made the switch to food that feels instinctively right to give her. No more reconstituted chicken and mystery brown bites for this snow pig. Thanks Naturaw team, keep it up!

My babies LOVE your food. I have been using Naturaw for almost 2 years now. It started with my first dog developing acid reflux due to kibble so after trial and error with other brands this food was perfect for him. They are both super healthy and happy! The subscription option is super helpful to have as i have 2 large dogs and 1 freezer so i can get a their food delivered often.The forage range is their favourite and i love that i can get them their raw food with a bit of extra veggies and fruit!

My girly loves the food from Naturaw. I like the fact it is fresh, whole food with no additives. It is using the best ingredients, is balanced and comes in take away" sized packages that is easy to store in the freezer. The packaging is kind to the planet and the wool insets can be returned free of charge and you get money back! You also get a free pack of dog treats too! All for a reasonable price and convenient. I recommend this company to other people too."

My dog loves this food. I find he doesn't overeat, when he's had enough he leaves it and his weight remains stable. I love the ethics of this company and feel reassured that the food I buy gives him the nutrients he requires. I click and collect and find the staff to be friendly and helpful (always offering to carry my box to the car) and I can't imagine going anywhere else!!!
