Fix Auto Barnsley

This is not a review of fix autos workSo today fix autos was delivering a car to a neighbour that live round the back of our estate. The customer already had a courtesy car which they should of known.so they parked there courtesy car right out side of our house and parked right up to one of our car which is a disabled persons car so he had no room to get the vehicle out if needed. They both got in the van and drove off. So i rang the company and ask them what was going on why they have park and left a car out side our house when its not for us. The reply i got was there wasn't enough drives to drive it back but they parked it there and an other driver picked him up and took him back. I asked them to see if they could come and move the car out of the way seen as though its not for any of us in the household they told me there was no drivers to collect it they will have to come tomorrow. I think its absolutely shocking service why you would leave a courtesy car outside somebody house that hasnt requested a courtesy car. And they can't come and collect it till the next day.

So fast at fixing my car they where brilliant people wouldn't even tell id had a bump thank you

This review is not based on worked carried out but the customer service and how I feel like I was forgotten.So i drove down to see the boss or manager of fix autos to get a price for my bumper re-spray he told me they could do the job if I orderd a part that was cracked as it was a aftermarket part and then call him and he would book me in for the job doing, anyway I order the part the next day and call fix autos up on the Monday and I got told the boss was not there that day and that he would call me back Tuesday, so Tuesday came and no call so I called back Wednesday and the nice recipient women told me he would call me before lunch and lunch time went still no call, I rang back and got told he was really busy and he will ring me next day so I waited and they never contacted me and its been a full week, I understand they might of been busy but just the fact they have messed me around having to wait for a phone call and not even called me at all so I can book my van in for repair, something that would of taken 2 mins. I don't normally like to leave bad feedback but just feel let down by your company.

Sent here via my insurance to get my car fixed after a low speed impact, just cosmetic damage to the left hand side. Quick and professional, they laid out the plan for the repairs during the evaluation and ordered what was needed that day. Car went in later that week and was repaired within 4 days, looked brand new and couldn't tell it had been in an accident. Unsure on prices as I only paid my excess, but would highly recommend people to go here

Excellent service and very freindly staff. I was unfortunate enough to have been involved in a fault accident and was referred to Auto Fix Barnsley by my insurance company. They arrange swift collection of my vehicle and delivered a courtesy car at the same time. They kept me fully updated with the position of my repairs and the work carried out is of excellent standard!! They even took the time to take my vehicle to a mechanic to check an issue I had under the bonnet.Highly recommended, very reliable and honest!

Absolutely disgusting, had my car 8 weeks for body damage of 3 panels was told I would get my car back then the next day they’d forgotten to order a part and had to wait another 3 weeks!! When received back the car didn’t lock or unlock and the lights didn’t work, absolutely unacceptable they said they’d done all the checks but clearly not! My car was brand new with only 3k miles on the clock. Avoid at all costs

The work was carried out to a satisfactory standard and the body shop technician was friendly and helpful however I did need to return for a lose bumper bracket and the manager was very rude at best not an attitude I expected as a customer.

My car was sent to fix auto by morethan for repairs after someone ran into the back of our car,first time they brought the car back they had take it back because the rear bumper was not clipped in place and the exauste was bent,i was told by the manager the insurance would not pay for it to be replaced,even tho it was done in the accident,i phoned my insurance and complained,they told him it must be replaced,i was told by the manager a rude scotsman he had ordered it,now 7 months later it still has not be replaced,i would advice anyone not to use this company,and the manager needs to learn some skills in customer care.

Avoid like the plague , cuts corners, blatently ignore you over work supposedly carried out , Tell them issues with car but it falls on deaf ears to be honest. took them nearly 4 month to collect my car earlier this year, Accdent was in november - collected March unacceptable , Release car with damaged and missing parts on headlights letting water in , cracked wheel. no correct radar calibration on the active cruise control. which also means alignment would have been carried out to correct my car wanting to slam on due to radar being all over the shot. I am over £2000 out of pocket and seeking legal proceedings vs my insurance and fixautoSincerely a very annoyed customer" WR14GCK for your reference :)"
