From start to finish it was a pleasure to hire a Luton box van from this company. The vehicle was a new 22 plate van which was perfect and very comfortable to drive a very long distance.The communication and customer service from the owner was second to none in everyway. Wrights stepped in and saved my bacon when a local competitor (avoid a company whose name is similar to ‘Nation Tiger’ if you’d like a decent service) messed up my booking and left my business in real problems.Polite, professional and reasonably priced. I hired a van with Wrights ,from the initial phone call too returning the van was a delight. Great friendly service. Also add bonus, I've only got an Automatic license. So now I have a place that I know will always have an Automatic van at hire for affordable rates. 10/10 from me.

Honestly, absolutely a lifesaver, and we were served by an absolute gentleman. We were asked to come down very close to closing time since a different company had a major cockup. Was able to have fast and efficient service and was able to rent and drive away within 30 minutes. Absolutely no faults whatsoever. Perfect service at its finest. Thank you.
