DO NOT USE!!! Paid for parking and a few weeks later got a PCN off them. I tried to contest it bit the threatening letters still kept on coming. I went rlto the car park bit the notice board provides no contact information apart from en email address. I emailed them several times and no response. Got the threatening letter after stating they were going to take me to court. Bring it on. I have all the proof I paid. Absolute scam of a car park.

Parked and paid on 13th December. Received a parking fine today for £100 or £60 if we pay within 14 days. On the wall of the car park it clearly states £6 parking fine. The fine is from car park securities but the sign in the car park says extra parking. We will be reporting this because we paid and to add insult to injury, the car parking paid ticket is in the window of our car, showing on the picture that car park securities sent in the fine. We also still have the car park PAID ticket!! Muppets!!! Won't ever park there again!!!!!!

BEWARE.The machine sometime prints only the 1st letter of the reg and then two weeks later you get a fine.Something needs to be done with this carpark as it doesn't look like its the only time this has happened.Will NOT park here again.

Disgusting way to run a carpark... They don't say you are on the clock as soon as you enter... So looking for a space is chargeable.. getting kids back in the car the same... most places give some grace but not here...then no notice given you have exceeded the time by a few minutes... Then expect your FIRST" notice of penalty four weeks after the date so you have either thrown away ticket but worse still its sent late so you have no chance of paying the the cheaper early pay option... It's designed to have your pants down... Warning never ever use this car park... Scam organisation ..stick to the NCP car parks in Bury... Or avoid Bury altogether .. faceless Muppets handing out fines like sweets like pedoes in a playground..."

Just like everyone has said, I legally paid and parked then got a fine too in the post 2 months later. They have been subject to a Manchester Evening News story and even The Sun! I appealed it then got a generic on this occasion we cancel the fine" email after several weeks of stressing about it. This is the worst car park I have ever parked in and will NEVER again. Even the surfacing is appalling. Do yourselves a favour and DON'T park here."

Do NOT use this car park as it's set up to deliberately fine customers for any type of error. It also has an overnight tariff of £1.50 which runs out at 8.30am so anyone parking here prior to the 8.30am has to pay £1.50 then return just before 8.30am to pay for a longer stay. TheTicket machine will not allow anyone parking up prior to 8.30 to pay for any duration over the day and this is not acceptable for people who start work early. My son has had numerous fines for what is discribed as Overstayed and although the parking charge notice shows his vehicle it does not show the start time of the alleged offence and only the leaving time is printed on the notice. This means we have no real evidence of the time duration if you have thrown your parking ticket away. I'm now actively seeking help and advise to have the car park checked out to see if it's operating under legal requirements or if it's breaching any requirements to increase revenue.I would not give this 1 star but had to to post this review

Always paid via online portal simple to use as most of us have a smart phone. Never had an issue and neither has any guests staying at our apartment.

Paid and displade only first number came up on ticket never checked when purchased put full reg in appealed said pay 15 pounds which I did was machine at fault check ticket and keep in case u get a ticket try poplar appeal if u ever get in this position
