Hajj umrah hub is giving fake visas I had a flight from Manchester to Jeddah and a stay in Vienna from Vienna they didn’t let me to go Jeddah due fake visa they were about to detained me but some how I told them that it’s not my faultAnd when I asked them about the incident they are telling to go to embassy and now they are threatening me saying don’t ask for refundI have all the text notes on whatsapp who ever want I can send them

We used this company to organise an Umrah trip for 4 people recently after we received good feedback from someone else who had used them. My friend made initial contact, we obtained quotes, made some changes to our itinerary, paid over monies to confirm all the bookings. All via email and phone calls. Everything was good until a few days before departure we had not received hotel vouchers for our main stay in Makkah and one of the train journey tickets was missing. My friend made phone calls, sent emails, left voice messages but there was no response to our queries. It was as if they had just disappeared. We received the final confirmation on the way to the airport on the day of our departure. The remainder of our Umrah trip went well and experienced no further setbacks. My rating of 3 reflects the stress and anxiety caused by last minute lack of communication by the firm. We later found out that this firm appears to trade from an address used by another Hajj and Umrah company who have a parent company trading as Times Travel to whom all our payments were made. So they appear to be operating under several trading names with different websites and telephone numbers.
