Been here a couple times before and was seen by some great staff, unfortunately missed a appointment after unforeseen circumstances, which led me to being kicked off the books ,the appointment was paid for, and I was also willing to pay again, as time is money, they would not allow me to repay for the dentist tea break! I feel they do not care some much for NHS patients! And would rather have the creame.

I cannot speak too highly of this Practice .I have been with them for almost 20 years. The staff are highly professional , with a welcoming friendly approach. I have had a very successful major implant procedure on the premises, and not having to go to the hospital made it so much easier to bear. The follow up treatment was impeccable. I have never felt rushed and always feel that I have had the best of care.I have had two problems during Lockdown. I rang for advice , but instead was seen without delay and given a lot of time. Problems solved and courtesy follow up phone call. I feel very lucky to be their patient !The clinic is pristine and the staff patient and generous with time, in spite of all the PPE they are wearing which must be pretty exhausting !

Extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend them, especially if you are being referred by the NHS for urgent treatment.

Used to be a good practice but now unfortunately it has gone very downhill. They treat NHS patients as second class citizens which is abhorrent for a clinical based profession. I requested to see a specific dentist and they told me as I am NHS I can’t pick who I want to see. Absolute disgrace! I don’t know of any other profession who will say this. There might be a wait but doctors, opticians, audiologists and others will allow you to see who you want. They’re alienating their NHS patients and what they don’t realise is NHS patients will pay when they need to. For this reason I went elsewhere and got my private checks done and I’ll keep this dentist for my NHS treatment only. If you want patients to pay private prices treat them nicely when they are NHS.

Extremely rude and lying staff especially the manager. They talk aggressively and claim that the other person is aggressive. Racist people should not be allowed in such practice. Claim to have a recording, would really want someone to listen to how rude they are!!

The service was excellent, very professional and the singing along to the radio by Sara was very good really made me feel relaxed

Love this dentist. Staffwill do anything they can to help with any problems you have. Kids are a little nervous but the staff are really good with them.
