He ensured I was regularly updated with regards when I could collect my vehicle and spent a lot of time ensuring I was comfortable with the controls of the vehicle before departing. I would strongly advise against buying from Peugeot.I bought 2 year old 508 with 28kmiles and 13 months later failed MOT.Both rear lights were flooded with water. There was rust in the electric fittings and cabling. Clearly manufacturer fault. Yet Peugeot doesn't care the moment it's out of warrant.Not only poor electric wiring, what's worst, awful after sales customer service from Peugeot.AVOID. Buy Toyota instead

Had a brilliant experience after returning to Peugeot after a few years away. The team (particularly Adrianna and Axel) there were exceptional in dealing with all my issues on changeover and trying to give me the best experience possible. We have had Peugeot cars almost entirely for the last 21years so very loyal and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership - nothing was too much trouble well done team.

Car service booked online. Quoted during process and space to add any additional comments. Book with courtesy car, plenty of space available to suit my needs! Greeted on arrival by Naomi and David (Aftersales Manager) who were both lovely and very helpful. Dropped car off and left. Received a very in depth health check and great video from the technician followed up by a phone call from Jack who was looking after my car. He explained the service and told me everything was good! The car was washed and hoovered when I arrived to collect. The whole team were pleasant and looked after me and my car superbly! Thank you Team Snows Basingstoke!
