Excellent communication and went over and above to help with a washing machine problem and pointed out a few issues with my tenants use of machine and using cheap detergent (wasn’t foaming up) a simple fix and was very kind as he didn’t need to do anything as he spotted the problem. No charge highly recommend Russet as other companies may have easily charged me as I’m too far away to visit the property well done Russel very professional and kind

Gentleman was responsive, arrived bang on time, did thorough examination of our faulty washer/dryer, and had it working like new, in half an hour. Very reasonable prices too. Would really recommend Russell to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

From the moment I called until he left after the repair everything ran smoothly. He is very knowledgeable and does a superb job. Instead of having to buy a new machine he fixed my issue within 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced which definitely suits the bank manager and cleaned up the waste.If my opinion is worth anything I highly recommend R D Appliances for all your repairs.

Russell replied to my text message promptly, offering a range of days/times to visit re repairing my oven. After agreeing a day/time, he arrived well within the time agreed. He was cheery, polite, and quickly got to work. He was able to provide the part needed for my oven, there and then and had it working within 20mins. I've used Russell before, for a washing machine repair, and would definitely use his services again.

Great service, booked in to fix washing machine within two days of contacting Russell. After overcoming the fact the machine which was integrated was in fact siliconed to within an inch of its life and was well and truly stuck .Got that sorted by my husband, Russell came back an hour or so later and machine quickly repaired. Good price for parts and Labour and would highly recommend

Would highly recommend! Russell diagnosed the reason for faulty oven within minutes. Ordered the required part and arranged fitting asap. Price was agreed in advance which was fair and reasonable. I found Russell to be honest, knowledgeable, professional and genuine. Would be the first person I would contact regarding faulty appliances in the future.
