Hired this company back end of February, to replace bathroom basin. Work is still outstanding. Constantly chasing for updates. Very unprofessional chap called Craig-lazy and arsey attitude! I decided on a vanity unit(same visit) via a phone call, because you stated you couldn't source the correct size basin. Via the same phone call, it was agreed that you would complete the work and fit a vanity unit(reluctantly on your part).Messages/phone calls were exchanged. They evidence me trying to resolve my disappointing experience and preferencing my choice of vanity unit.The basin you tried to fit was completey the wrong size, not cause I didn't like it".You didn't charge me

We have been using this company on-and-off for the last 10 years and find their services to be always very professional and customer service impeccable.We recently had a faulty cistern in our toilet, and I contacted the company through Messenger (on Facebook) on a Monday evening, not expecting to hear back from them till the following working day, but my message was replied almost immediately, and I was told that they will get back to me once they check their schedule at the office.Sam was sent over to look at the fault, and we were informed he had to order some parts in order to fix the problem. Stefan then came over to replace the faulty part for us in no time. All this time, Siann and Bianca were excellent and very prompt in responding to my messages to them.All was done very quickly and most importantly, efficiently. I feel very satisfied and confident dealing with them over the years because through their professionalism and assurance, I can see that they are very experienced in all things relating to plumbing and heating.I have no hesitation in recommending this company to others needing these services.

Came out to service my boiler and fix leak on radiator. Turned up exactly when said and rang before to say on way Identified problem on radiator straight away and fixed it. Left no mess. Invoiced by post with range of payment methods. Very fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Both the office staff and the plumbers were brilliant from start to finish. They have transformed a grotty little storage room to a gorgeous en-suite, turning up to start exactly when promised and keeping me updated with progress throughout. I would recommend for any plumbing work you need doing.

After we had large burst pipe shortly after moving into our new home the guys and girls at Brian Slattery couldn't have been better, polite and attentive reception staff, considerate tradesmen who went out of their way to help us prevent any further damage, fix the leak in the best way for us (hardest way for them) and reassure us. They turned up much faster than expected and left everything clean.Fantastic service all round and would highly recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price for boiler service. Arrived on time and although we had to book a month in advance as they were so busy, we'll worth waiting for. Noticeable improvement in performance of boiler.
