I worked for so many agencies but this one is one of my favourite agency i like where ever they give me shift i always go there not like other agencies we don’t have work for you i really like blue arrow even if i found permanent work still i love to work with blue arrow they will send you shift as much as possible …. Thankyou blue arrow for giving jobs to everyone

where do i start.the manager of Southampton (Mark) swore at me on the phone and was aggressive in person.he avoided contact with me as he did not want to answer for his poor service.there was no communication between blue arrow (Chris Gibbans) and the companyat witch i was working.my tax was wrong for the whole employment and was never rectified.i was under paid a number of times.i was overpaid once witch blue arrow was all to quick to claim back but when it came tobeing underpaid they had little to no interest in sorting the issue or even communicatingwith me.Blue arrow staff constantly played the blame game and would pass the buck to the companyat witch i was working who were very nice and helpful but whose fault it was not.please note that it was not just me who had this experience. all candidates that blue arrowsupplied to leckford fruit farm in 2012 were disappointed at least if not appalled with theservice that Southampton blue arrow did not provide". most of the candidates actuallydiscontinued their employment dew to lack of pay and lack of communication on blue arrows part.to be honest the biggest loss is not that of the tens of candidates who's opinion of bluearrow has no been soiled. it is the fact if blue arrow still has the contract with leckfordwitch i doubt. i an many others would never work for leckford again despite the fact theywere very nice people their association with blue arrow has also soiled their name as anemployer (leckford/waitrose/John lewis) in short a LOT of money in contracts that bluearrow will now miss out on dew to the negligence incompetence and out right rudeness ofyour staff. with one exception kayleigh fitzgerald very nice lady doing the best with whatlittle she has."

Great agency been using them for years on and off both as a source of work and finding cover chefs when required. Fantastic professional staff who know what they are doing. Easy hassle free time sheets.Company now has a great app for allowing me to book what days I'm available. Booking holiday and clocking in on shifts. Along with work placements with all the details.

Let down Second timeI used blue arrow in my last job and thought I'll give it a try again in my new work place1st time they let me down for a chef on bank holiday weekend and sent me a really bad kp and now let me down again for a kp after an confirmation email!!!Really bad service

I had a pleasure to work for them for 8 years on and off. Always been good, approachable to solve problems and Steve Slade the best of all with a good sense of humour!

Terrible service. They were giving me good consistent shifts for a couple weeks but I never get a reply to my emails & any time I call them up the people I need to speak to always give an excuse not to talk to me. Very frustrating they don’t let me do the jobs close to home instead they want to send me out on 10 miles away when they know I do not drive. Annoying when all I need to do is feed my family and pay bills. Would recommend NEVER speaking to Steve Slade as he is patronising and very sarcastic, the man seems like a child and persistently declines the chance to solve any of my issues regarding work.
