Stunning German kitchen with Neff appliances within a mid-range budget and personalised very high levels of service. We started our search around the usual suppliers such as Wicks and Howdens but found nothing special and still surprised by the prices. Through word of mouth we visited Audus and never looked back. The range had a different look to the others and with a much better build quality.Our initial contact was with John, who listened to what we wanted, gave us time in the showroom and explored the options. His design was very much in line with our expectations and he handled our several updates with ease. We were then handed over to a project managers Chris and Gary and the installation was very carefully checked, measured and coordinated within the programme of our extension which over ran and was accommodated by Audus. The installation was first-rate. Ged worked with a perfect cadence completing on-time but carefully and precisely. The finished kitchen is everything we hoped for. The space, the features, the look, the quality.Audus have continued the experience with their after sales. We needed a few adjustments and these were attended and sorted out in no time at all by Nick who was a pleasure to have on-site. We highly recommend Audus and have done – our neighbours also had a great experience with them.

AVOID - We had Audus install our kitchen in March 2020 and it has been an extremely painful experience. On the day of the installation we were told that they had messed up their measurements and that they couldn't fit a wine rack that was originally in the plan, even though they had visited to check everything was OK on at least 2 different occassions. We also contracted them to provide Nero Assoluto (black) granite. They installed a cheap alternative that was not black, but had been dyed black and then started to bow. The dye started to leach out, leaving us with discoloured patches. They insisted that the discolouration was 'natural variation' even though this wasn't visible on the day of installation and that the bowing in the granite was 'within tolerance'. We got an independent expert from the GB Stone Federation to verify that the bowing was outside of industry accepted tolerances, but they still refused to fix it. We ended up taking them to court (or more precisely Alternative Dispute Resolution) who ruled in our favour. A year on and our kitchen is effectively unfinished as we have to get another company to fix the granite that they messed up. Save yourself a legal battle and use someone else!

We have our absolute dream kitchen thanks to Audus! As soon as we entered their Finchampstead showroom we knew immediately that this was the company to provide our new kitchen. Attention to detail for our kitchen design was fantastic by professional staff who gave us complete confidence with this big project. We had the work project managed by Audus which was the best decision ever. The work went smoothly and the project manager continuously kept us informed regarding timings etc. All the professions involved were superb and reliable. Once finished any small changes were seen to immediately and the aftercare service has been brilliant. We cannot recommend them highly enough if you want a quality kitchen with excellent professional service

Extremely satisfied with Audus Kitchens from first meeting John to the installation.I’d previously had a bad experience & then found this company some 80 plus miles away from first meeting John nothing was too much trouble, he came to my home & planned my kitchen with me, no hidden costs, a straightforward estimate followed & then they returned a few weeks later to fit it. The quality is superb and nearly three years later looks as good as it did on the first day.I can’t recommend this company highly enough.Highly recommended

Great service from our intial appointent, through to installation and subsequentley with any after sales questions. Nothing is too much trouble for John and his team. Communication through the process was consistent and dealines were met and did not slip. Cannot recommend Audus highly enough.

Audus was recommended on a local FB group and I am so pleased we came across them.The staff are friendly and professional and go above and beyond to make the customer experience a good one and to help you achieve the kitchen you want, within the budget you can afford.We undertook a large renovation project and dealt with a number of suppliers and trade persons. Our dealings with Audus were by far the most positive of the project. From design to ordering to installation and any post installation queries, everything was dealt with in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.Should I need a kitchen in future, I won’t look anywhere else!

After visiting many kitchen showrooms it became apparent Audus was a no brainer! We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen, it's beautiful and finished to such a high quality.
