Bridget is a most dedicated and attentive Vet; empathic with both clients and companion pets. Staff are affectionate with animals and always helpful with clients' queries and requests.

Can’t fault the care, compassion and kindness of the team. Would recommend to anyone. Absolutely fantastic!

Well it looks like the original owners have retired or sold up.. I used to take my dog's to this vet's around 2012 to 2014/2015 - and I'm sure it was the owner who was the main vet at the time - dark-haired with black glasses - gosh he had no compassion or personality..you'd wait to be called in - he would emerge - not say anything - just nod at you - you'd put your dog on the table and barely acknowledge the dog. Personality of a dead rat - and his blonde wife was on reception - she was better.. we actually left the vets as the place was so depressing, I'm glad to see new vets have taken over...

5 star experience here - Had to rush our dog in with severe pain in his back leg of unknown cause. Firstly to be greeted by a friendly and professional reception team always makes the initial experience a real pleasure here you get that and more! Vet Bridget saw us right away and handled our dog with real empathy during the initial examination, her experience really showed and he was put at ease very quickly (we have a very nervous dog). Following this tests needed to be done for a proper diagnosis, the nursing team again handled him with a real professional and kind approach and gave us regular updates on the tests they were doing. Long story short he came out with the medication and treatment he needed and is now running around like a lunatic again. A huge thank you to all the team for their professional handling of this particular situation and for your ongoing care of all our pets health. 5 star team and 5 star practice can’t recommend enough !

Lovely vet practice. All the staff are very kind and helpful. Bridget, the vet, is wonderful and always takes the time to look after my pets properly. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly and genuinely cares. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else.

Brilliant emergency service as I just turned up with my boy Funky who couldn't walk, they took care of him straight away...!!! without their help he wouldn't be getting better every day. So truly grateful for what they have done. Highly recommend them as they even took care of me. Thankyou.

We couldn’t fault the practice, all the staff are genuinely helpful, friendly and highly knowledgeable.They have looked after our many many cats over the last 9 years, from health check ups to emergency surgery with OUTSTANDING aftercare and have always led with compassion and clarity over what is best for the animal.

Bridget and her team are compassionate, caring and dedicated to the support and health of their clients. Nothings too much trouble and everything is explained fully. Bridget made saying goodbye to our elderly, diabetic cat all the more bearable by creating a loving and dignified occasion, pain free and full of cuddles. Our newly rescued GSD is now free of her nasty digestive problems and adores all the veterinary staff who give lots of comfort and cuddles and in turn she happily washes their faces! A truly wonderful team who we cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.
