I was recommended Neil and I was not disappointed. Trying to sell my parents house in a city I haven’t lived in for 30 years when I now live 100 miles away was not going to be easy, but Neil (along with Cheryl) managed the process brilliantly. His knowledge of the market meant lots viewings and offers within days of it going on the market. They qualify all offers and share their opinions on which to consider / accept. It wasn’t a straight forward sale (not sure there is such a thing), but both Neil and Cheryl were incredibly proactive and communicative to keep the process moving forwards. I would highly recommend Neil and his team at Reed Rains Coventry.

Photos of the house were taken by lunchtime on the day I signed the contract with Reeds Rains. The house was on the market by the evening of that day. I had 5 viewings two days later and a sale was agreed the next day. I also used the solicitors recommended by Reeds Rains and the sale has gone through in just 8 weeks.
