We are so so pleased to write this review..My daughter got really good marks in her 11+ exams and she got through in all of the top grammar schools. It was all possible because of Vandana.Vandana is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of effort into how she presents the material. Her lessons were engaging, useful, and she was very patient with my daughter in class, always encouraging her and not to give up.My daughter was really comfortable with her.She is a true mentor and she has many tips and tricks which makes fun for the kids .I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in 11+.Thank you so much Vandana for getting her through this hard year. Enrolling my daughter with Vandana for GCSE Maths coaching was very valuable for not just my daughter but also for us! Vandana has got the right temperament and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to being a Tutor which gave us peace of mind.My daughter wouldn’t be comfortable in a group lesson so Open Minds fit perfect for us as Vandana uses Zoom breakout rooms where she dedicates her attention on the student fully. My daughter’s academic performance improved immensely while she was with Vandana and her liking for Maths developed even more that she decided to take Maths as one of her A level subjects.Vandana is a very lovely person which comes across when you speak to her and meet her. Vandana is a great and remarkable Maths teacher. Her lessons are always engaging and challenging, allowing the child to be stretched in the right way. Never too much, never not enough, just the right balance, the child progress at his/her own pace.Tony is a super English teacher. Always encouraging and motivating the child to perform at his/her best capability. He also offers a wide range of vocabular and the writing technique he teaches, makes a huge difference in the child’s creative writing performance. Tony will teach the child how to annotate in depth the comprehension text, and with a good understanding of the text, the child will find answering the questions to the comprehension, easy and manageable.Homework are set weekly and are marked promptly - with feedback going to the child and the parents. If the child keeps up with the flow, he/she will be successful in exams.
