I have worked at Ventrica for nearly three years now. I thoroughly enjoy working for this company, and it is not a struggle to get out of bed every morning like my previous roles. As long as you have a competitive mind set you will go far. The benefits are excellent (especially free fruit wednesdays, free ice cream august and the back massages). There is also a multitude of languages and cultures, the staff and management where I have worked are kind and understanding people. I highly recommend working here if you are a team player and enjoy customer service.

Went for an interview in 2015 and another in 2017... Both Times I was told I was successful for the role but then they never followed up - even after being chased.

I have now worked for Ventrica for over 6 months and have enjoyed every moment of it! Free fruit Wednesdays, massages and the other incentives really helps drive the performance of the sales teams. Everyone always trys their best to help other members of the team and there is some real camaraderie among all employees. All in all a great place to work!

Just been made redundant working in the dhl campaign but for the last 2 years have been brilliant. Really wish I could have stayed on. Brilliant company to work for.

Would have liked to put no stars . Treated like a second class citizen. Not allowed to go on breaks even though others take cigarette breaks and coffee breaks. Bullying on going and several staff members off sick with mental health issues. Stay away from this toxic company

i worked here for a year and it was so bad.the first manager i had was good but then we got a new manager and she was rude and very passive aggressive and unhelpful where i would just have to ask another manager for help.they need to be trained again and to train the employees

Very clean environnement to visit with very nice, engaged and professional advisors providing clients' customers an excellent customer management solution through any channel of your choice.They are aware of issues customers can face whilst making an online purchase...Very Nice place to work in !!! Well done for the achievement mere the first 10years of their existence!!! Chapeau!
