Fabulous Spa Birthday Treat. Fabulous Spa- the facilities are beautiful.Setting is so pretty. Treatments were loved by all 5 of us…products are lovely. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time together and we will return…Food selection was Delicious.The team offered excellent customer service- everything was perfect.Attention to detail was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.Highly recommend

Myself and my husband came here very last minute (booked night before) for an afternoon tea followed by full body massages. Service from start to finish was amazing. Jo was amazing helping us book around our childcare requirements but also made some great recommendations in regards to food and skincare! Jack was fantastic making sure we were catered to just right during our afternoon tea and we both felt like jelly after the amazing full body massages. We'll be back for sure and already recommended it to others.

Everything about Sheldon spa is perfect! Every time I visit I’m made to feel welcome and special by Jo. The spa itself is beautiful and immaculately clean, you can just tell every detail has been thought about. And of course… the treatments are just wow! Best massage ever, looking forward to booking in my next appointment.

Alice gave me a full body massage and it was excellent. She was very friendly and put me at ease. She was thorough with explaining the treatment and the products used. She was very knowledgeable on the products when I asked and put me under no pressure to buy anything. She allowed me to try some of the samples as well.The spa was clean, well presented, the treatment room also very clean and well presented.I will definitely be returning and really liked the products so will definitely return for those too.

This was our first time visiting Sheldon Spa and it certainly will not be the last, what a lovely place!Where to start…….Jo was incredibly helpful from the very beginning providing all the info we needed.Our visit today was a late birthday present for my mum and we were blown away with a little bottle of Prosecco on arrival for her as a birthday treat.The staff were really friendly, professional and made us feel really welcome.We booked one treatment each, a foot and leg massage for mum and I chose a back, shoulder and neck massage…..both massages were incredible, we both said the same thing that they were the best massages we have ever had.We chose to eat here too and the food was so good! We had the smaller starter size plates of chicken satay skewers and the prawn and salmon fish cake. Both delicious including the fresh rolls that were made on site.I wish I could give more stars, we loved everything about today. Thank you Jo and team

I’ve just come back from a wonderful facial at the heavenly Sheldon Spa. My skin feels and looks amazing - so much so that when I tried to pay my payment was declined because facial recognition didn’t recognise the new me! I’m positively glowing and feeling anew. Thank you Jo and your wonderful team - I absolutely love coming here ❤️

Thank you so much to Jo and her team for making my birthday couples spa day so wonderful. We will certainly be back once the pool is open, and look forward to trying out more of the lovely treatments. So pleased this is on my doorstep.

She is intuitive, caring, thoughtful, and she goes above and beyond to make every visit special.Unlike a lot of spas, you are never made to feel like a just another client and another treatment to get through - Sheldon genuinely care about the “whole you”, they care about your well-being, and that shows in every treatment you receive, from manicures to full body massages, they treat every treatment like it’s the most important.Thank you to Jo and Alice for being so accommodating, I’m so grateful!And as for the food, my goodness, it’s unreal! I had the Supreme of Brill, and it was cooked to perfection. What a beautiful and relaxing place. I'm lucky enough to live reasonably close to Sheldon Spa and I'm so glad I do. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel calm. Jo and her team have worked incredibly hard to create a tiny peace of heaven just outside of Faversham and they should be very proud of it!! Thank you and I look forward to visiting many times more.

I recently learned that I have an intolerance and thought that my relationship with my taste buds would then be over. But, I visited Sheldon Spa and their wonderful Chef, Neil, concocted this absolutely delightful raspberry soufflé with an almond ice cream. Dairy Free, Gluten Free and full of taste and satisfaction!The crisp of the almond with the bitter sweet raspberry was perfection! A sanctuary for the body, mind, spirit and taste buds!
