Same basic long life fare as the usual discount outlets but with added frozen section. Clean, bright and brand new but nothing new to see

Unimpressed with the much smaller store and reduced range. Taken away the Pep And Co Clothing. More frozen food & less other items. Wishing it didn't have an alcohol licence as so many places nearby sell itHardly any staff in shop. Young girls on tills. & self service scanners. A shoplifters paradise

It's not exactly a Poundshop now. There aren't that many things that cost a pound. The difference in price with the fresh groceries; breads etc are no better than a supermarket. This used to be a great store with loads of bargains, then it was renovated. It is now much bigger, with less stock, which is more expensive. I don't think it's that great a store compared to other discount stores. It's lost its appeal.

Good big shop, clean tidy and very welcoming. Ok, you get much the same as in most stores like it but I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the premises.

Store has changed, now having fridge and freezer sections but overall selection is a little more limited than expected. Store is clean. Staff are nice enough but not overly friendly and everytime I'm in any queue goes down pretty quickly with limited waiting times.
