They rented us a car with a completely empty tank! I know there is a shortage of petrol but they did not even had the decency to tell us when we picked up the car that the tank was empty. Will never use them again.Also the booking system is very old and inaccurate. The car was booked with different times than the one we had entered on the booking form.

Hired a LWB van for the weekends for a move from 2 bed flat in London. All fitted in! We're very accommodating when we had to shift the move back by a week. Great comms by phone and email. Very friendly. Clean van easy to drive. Will definitely use again.

Ridiculously helpful and friendly, reassuring out of hours phone assistance, key drop box if you can't return in working hours, reasonably priced and the van was all good. What more can you ask?! Thanks for making moving house marginally less stressful!

Excellent service. I hired a 17 seater that had an issue with the steering. Greg immediately drove to another branch and replaced within an hour, really good customer service.

Hopeless experience. For customer service l give Greg 1 star. When l rang to enquire about booking a vehicle and dropping this off at my destination Greg told me he would find out the cost and call me back. He never returned that call, so l rung several hours later only to be told by another member of staff they would get Greg to call me, once again he never called.
