Visited fuel station 20/9/23Never met such miserable dreary looking staff in all my life, not exactly a great representation of a service station. Asked the man for HGV parking, seemed an inconvenience and then asked the woman for a sausage and bacon bap and it’s as if it was an inconvenience for her too, never got a hello, thank you or a smile. I recommend for the staff to be retrained in customer service and learn to crack a smile once in a blue moon. Won’t be back based on my experience. Ive been to the rest of the Westmorland services and the staff are 100% better.

Brilliant staff, the toilets could do with a clean, taps have been broken for the last month. The food is really tasty and fresh. Fuel prices are quite high. Good experience over all

A really nice service stop on the North Bound M5. Lovely large farm shop, no chains and the restaurant looks amazing. Fresh food and carvery. It all looks great. Really worth a stop even just to look. Some lovely architecture in there too. Well worth a stop! Meals start around £6 upwards.

Very nice and clean service station. Plenty of food choices and a nice area to stretch your legs and walk. 4 stars because the food is very expensive.

Can anyone explain to me why it’s ok to rip customers off for fuel prices on motorways ? There are thousands of customers passing the door every day so prices should be cheaper .EDIT passed through here 11/6/23 and the crooks had unleaded at 164.9 !!! My local supermarket has it at 130.9. Fortunately I’d brought all the fuel I needed with me .It’s time the government acted against mway fuel ripoffs

Great stopping point when travelling. Due to covid they have to shut the main building at 22:00. After closing you can stop at the petrol station which is open 24hrs, and get pretty much anything you need ie toilet, shower, hot/cold drinks hot/cold food. Enjoy!!

Stopped today at 9.30 - no sandwiches in the shop and a huge line waiting for coffee with only two people serving. Used to be our favourite place to stop on M5 but has been like this the last few times, seems to be going downhill sadly

Rude. Asked me to leave as I entered like he was a bouncer and I'd started a fight. They don't normally shut at ten so I was quite shocked. Shook to my core.
