911 Recovery

On visiting your premises in Bothwell your large gate was open got in and was asked to leave as you need to be escorted in I was asked did I not see the sign enter by the small gate by intercom, the sign is on the large gate when it is open you don't see it as its a sliding gate and is hidden. The chap who escorted us back out was very polite and helpful as was the staff who dealt with us. Maybe another sign is needed to avoid confusion

God help you if they clowns get one of your vehicles , one of our was stolen and there trying to charge us when we were clearly told by the two offices it was being taken for forensics so we wouldn't be charged and quess what the 911 muppets are trying their extortion tatics wont work you CLOWNS !!! avoid this crowd at all costs because they are con artists. loads of shocking reviews

My son was involved in a major accident on the M8 on Thursday 21st March. John Watt a member of staff was on the scene and ensured my sons safety and supported him through the most horrendous experience of his life and ours! His bravery and assistance was second to none. We can only offer our praise and thanks for all he did! A hero in our eyes. We visited the company to collect some possesions and every member of staff were so helpful and professional and kind to us. We will never forget them. Hope their boss reads this! He has a fantastic workforce who should always be appreciated!

First we were pulled for driving without insurance at the services adjacent to this business. Unknowingly to the driver we had been on the road for a mere 5 hours uninsured. Nevertheless the officer said it was out of his hands and impounded the car, to release the car one must first insure the vehicle. But it cannot be the regular insurance you must find a provider that covers you for driving a vehicle out of impound. This costs around £500 for one month!!! The release fee is then a further £150 plus an extra £25 per day for storage! So totaling £175 then when he gets home he'll need to pay a further £300 fine to the government. So all in all this business is just yet another company taking advantage of a situation of someone slipping up and not realising they'd missed a payment

After my car was involved in a hit and run on 01.09.2022 my car was undriveable. Greenflag were unable to attend so sent 911 last night. What a pleasure from start to finish. Constant updates on expected pick up time, drivers details (John) and registration number of his vehicle. John called me when he arrived onsite to collect they keys. Took time to talk me through the damage to the vehicle and how to work with the insurance company as it was a hit and run. He did not need to do this but it was so nice and thoughtful. John was extremely helpful, compassionate and professional despite a local resident being verbally abusive and aggressive towards him which was completely uncalled for. All he was doing was recovering my undriveable vehicle, sorry it was outside your house at 22.00 but I didn't decide where it would be left damaged! It's a shame to read all the negative reviews as my experience thankfully has been so positive. 5 star plus, thanks John!

Very good, could do with someone to man reception when receptionist goes on her lunch as had to wait 30 mins to pick a car up after travelling 250 miles. Yard lad is very helpful, plenty of space for loading.

Collected a stolen recovered 7 1/2 tonner. After usual security checks the vehicle was released to me. Assisted loading my van on to the vehicle. Very helpful and professional staff. Not cheap but what price can you put on the service these people provide they are out 24/7.
