Just found a chihuahua running down the road terrified in new hall park, took it to bark thinking it may have escaped there and was aggressively shouted at by the Bark owner from his vehicle for approaching their drive way. Turns out it had escaped from their doggy day care, wish we had called the dog owners directly as I cannot believe how rude and unconcerned the owners were. The dog was trembling when we found it. Its name was Betty and we’ve handed it over to the couple. Disgusted by the rudeness of the gentleman in the car when we had gone out of our way to return the animal safely

My little Dennis has the best time at daycare. First time being left all day and he had a blast,so much so that he had to be picked up to be brought to me, then he wanted to go back in.The only thing that would have made the experience even better would have been to get some photos of him.Staff were lovely and welcoming. Can't wait to bring him again.Thank you.

I take my Luna there every 4-6 weeks, absolutely thrilled with the service. They listen to how I want her done, and she always looks incredibly smart, with amazing attention to detail.The only dog groomer I will take Luna too.

They love dogs more than humans. My timid rescue wouldn't got to anyone but me, 1 day a week for 1 month and I had a totally different dog. 6 months on and he is so confident he now pulls me to the door with no separation anxiety there or at home. They occupy the dogs with different activies (playschool for dogs really), they cuddle them, feed them and even brush them. Best thing we ever spent money on for our dog x

Just had the worst groom ever today for my Shih Tzu. Not how I described to the young guy who said he would relay to to the groomer. They layered her ears with the excuse that she had a knot behind her ear, not true as I checked before she went. Thank goodness she won’t be going back there.

Great place highly recommend the staff treat the dogs as if they were their own.Riley is looked after very well and cannot wait to get out the car when we get there.Have used the groomers there too, which I highly recommend also.Love the fact you can spot your furbaby in the videos and pictures they put on Instagram

I take Frankie my French Bulldog every week & he love's going to play with his Doggie Friends. As soon as we arrive he's pulling me to get inside he's So Excited!! & I love too see him happy. The Staff are all great with all the dogs.I have also used the Groomers which i was more than happy with.

What a great service! Professional, on the ball and organised. My dog comes home exhausted and sleeps like a log having messed around with the other dogs all day and the pick up/drop service is never a second late. You can also have the dog groomed while they are in their care, which is very convenient. You will be able to see what your dog gets up to as they post regularly on their social media, which I really appreciate.
