First time buyer from this business, the lead time was around 6 weeks so it’s a while waiting but they do warn you of this so it’s kinda fair. The shoes are also very, very nice. So far I really can’t fault the presentation or quality of them. I’ve docked one star just because I thought that maybe the customer journey could be a little better in some ways, but otherwise I’m impressed and that’s not easy to do.
