I have to say, we are shocked and surprised by how Pamela has helped our dog in just one session.I don't want to sugar coat it, our little pup was a nightmare in public and working with previous trainers had made her worse and we had been given bad advice. We were at our wits end and just lost with what to do.Pamela is very straight and to the point, very down to earth and so supportive. She not only helps to train the doggos but she supports us, the owners too and helped me and my partner to build our confidence with our dog. She's amazing, her doggos are amazing and she is a credit to the training industry. Very highly recommend and we look forward to continuing our journey !!!!

I honestly can’t thank Pamela enough for her time yesterday with my 4 yr old Shih Tzu Lexi. She taught us so much about her body language, what she is trying to tell us & why she reacts in the way she does & to be honest I felt a little embarrassed as surely it should have been common sense to me, but it very much wasn’t! Shih Tzus are cute & fluffy & I had been treating her like my baby. This was the 1st but BIGGEST mistake!! She’s a dog! She has instincts of a dog & Pamela taught me how to tune into those correctly.Honestly I can’t recommend Pamela & the team at Impackt Behaviour enough. If you are having trouble with your dog being anti social, jumping up at strangers, nuisance barking, aggression towards other dogs.... literally anything at all that is problematic & stopping your pet from being an all round happy & contented pooch then these guys can help!

After struggling with my 7 month old malinois x german shepherd regarding lead reactivity , I contacted pam and she came out , all I can say is WOW!pam is amazing! After the first session ,freya was like a completely different dog , I felt so much more confident in walking her and now my anxiety and stress has disappeared! I actually cried happy tears when I got home ! Thank you pam you've really helped me and freya start to achieve a better more relaxed life together we are so greatful !

We cannot thank Pamela enough for her help with Walter our two year old whippet who had become lead reactive. The difference in just two sessions has been amazing and I now look forward to walking Walter again, she has not only helped Walter but helped us too. Pamela is an amazing dog trainer. She has transformed our two anxious rescue dogs in to confident, well behaved family pets who walk calmly on the lead. We no longer dread going for walks !!!Her puppy training classes have worked wonders on our new puppy giving him a great start to life. He has mastered the basics at just 14 weeks!!Can’t praise her or her methods enough … she really is an expert !

Our dog frankie loves coming to your classes and group.The support you get for asking questions with out beeing made to feel stupid and all the help you could need. Definitely 10/10. Will continue to use :)

Pam and Impackt are literally the very BEST at what they do! We have a rescue labrador who needed a lot of help learning how to dog again after her not so great start to life. We took her to see Pam as she was quite dog-reactive and we needed to learn how to deal with this, amongst other things. Pam had complete confidence in Nebula, showed us what we needed to do to help her thrive and gave us the tools and techniques needed to continue with her training. Nebula went from being very reactive to attending Impackt's Dog Park with 30 other dogs, and she absolutely LOVES it!Pam is such a lovely, kind and genuinely caring and decent person and it's beyond obvious that she has your dogs' best interests at heart. She is very direct and tells you exactly what (or who!) she thinks the problem is, which is great because she 100% knows what your dog needs to get on, to be happy and healthy, and will tell you how to achieve this.Dog training is hard work and you absolutely get out of it what you put in, but Pam and the Impackt team help you to navigate through it all by giving you the tools you need to succeed and get it right.We needed help with socialising Nebula; this is exactly what Pam and Impackt delivered, along with everything else inbetween! 1000% recommend!

I have just completed a month long online course for Separation Anxiety as my new puppy already was crying even just leaving for a short time. At the end of the month I now leave her for 2 hours every day in her crate without a whimper.if I hadn’t done this course and put all the advice into place, her distress would only have worsened. It is such a relief to be able to leave the house knowing my pup is calm and settled. Thank you to Impackt for the training, advice, support and for our online support group. Highly recommend.
