I first contacted ashford heating ltd when the shower pump broke down in the house that we had recently moved into early part of 2009.  From the first phone call they was polite, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in his analysis of the issue. Dom installed the new pump when he said he was going to, for the price that he had quoted. The work was of a very high standard and the house was left clean and tidy.  Since then Dom has also come out to the house at very short notice (in a blizzard) to fix the condensation discharge pipe on the boiler which had frozen during the bad weather (this was very much appreciated!). He has also installed new radiators, again to a very high standard. He is extremely reliable, thorough and I will have no hesitation in utilising his services again for any plumbing or heating related matter that I have.  I would also wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing a good plumber.

Ashford Heating were contacted to perform an emergency repair on my boiler as it was inoperative (no hot water or heating). This was on a Saturday morning and the work was completed by lunchtime - within an hour of calling. First class service - I can thoroughly recommend

Come out done what we thought was a Good job. 2 days later no heating in half the radiators but still wanted full payment. Had abuse from both the plumber and partner with faul mouth. Stay clear!
