Millies Cookie's Manchester Arndale Centre - Upper
Yet to taste the giant cookie so I won’t mention that in my review however there is friendly customer service workers who are patient, I ordered a giant cookie and it was made to collect in 20 minutes so it’s fast paced aswell especially for any last minute birthday ideas. The particular one I went was in unit 24 on the bottom floor I recommend however due to it being Arndale it does get pretty busy at times.

Me and my boyfriend got served by Sarah yesterday at the Manchester Arndale Millie’s cookies. Her friendly and happy service really set the tone for our little shopping trip. Even after changing our minds mid order she was really accommodating. Thanks for the great service Sarah you really was lovely. And for you Millie’s Cookies… give that girl a raise! ;)

First time visiting Millie's Cookies and paid £3.99 on Too Good to Go for a surprise bag. Generous amount of cookies but a bit tad sweet for my liking. Texture is superb: crispy on the outside and chewy inside. Not too thick which is why they were fragile and crumbled. Chocolate pieces in the chocolate chips cookies melted in the mouth too. Yummy!Staff were really friendly with smiles too!Would visit again for a sweet treat.

Cannot thank Kyle enough for the amazing cookie he made for my daughter. We traveled from the north east to Manchester for her birthday. She doesn’t like cake, and l wanted something special for her. She loves hello kitty, and Millies cookies so l asked if it would be possible to have a hello kitty cookie. Kyle didn’t hesitate and within 10 minutes he had made the most amazing cookie. Needless to say, my daughter was absolutely delighted, you made her day Kyle… Thank you so much x
