Laptop & PC Repairs and mobile repairs

I hardly do reviews. But i found myself obliged to give a review.Ever since i have discovered this shop(around 6 years ago) i have never gone anywhere else.Whether its for a repair, buying any phone , iPad or laptop i trust their service.i travel quite a distance but the quality of service i get from Ram, Khan and Mr Patel are one of most decent people i have come across.not only do i go there but all my friends and family use them for various reasons.

Had a laptop charging port issue. Ordered replacement and fitted without any issues. Great service and v. fair charge. Very flexible as open well into the evening. Definitely recommended.

Very unprofessional. Time wasters. Said my data recovery would be done by 5, I called at 6 and spoke to the guy who was supposed to do the work. Not done, said he would call back in 5 minutes... I called in another half an hour. Laptop not even touched. The rude person on the phone put the phone down on me mid sentence. Disgusting attitude

Literally go anywhere but here if you want a repair done within a reasonable time. They told me the repair would be done within a day or two, it had been at least a half a week before they said it was done, when I went to pickup the laptop the part was fixed bad so when we told them they said they will have it done by the next day. It is currently the next day and they have pushed it another 2 days (currently 9 days and running). There are only so many chances and it's not worth the struggle. Rates were average with all other repair places too. I don't mind changing my review if they really come back with something good or some compensation but it's really bad on thier part!

9 days to repair power button on PC, phoning most days for update but with no promised callbacks until pick-up. Quoted £85 after 3 days, apparently being sent out to a service centre with 3-working-day turnaround. Just needed a new switch soldered on: I could have done it myself actually, but I sent it out for a professional job on a good machine and agreed £85 upfront. PC powers on now, but not sure how long repair will last as can be seen in photo.

The people there were not helpful. I came in and asked to do a simple repair on my laptop which should not have taken so long and they did say it would take no longer than 3 days. But for 10 days they clearly were making up lies for whatever reason and only gave my laptop back after 10 days. Honestly if they didn’t do an ok job this review would be 1 star or 0 if that were possible.

Took over two weeks to “repair” issue with laptop. Finally called to say it was ready and when we got to the shop it still wouldn’t turn on at first. It turned on third time trying and they said it was fine. Next day it won’t turn on at all and they refuse to refund. Useless, slow, unprofessional and rude. Avoid!

Please read all this. Thank you. (optional)These people are thieves, they steal computer parts, because we gave them a gaming computer to fix, (power supply) wasn't working. The reason we're saying this is because after they took the parts of the gaming computer, it stopped working.They took 1 month, and eventually we said to cancel the replacement, then when they gave it back, most parts were missing: graphics card, screws for the computer cover lid, cell battery (this is where the computer's boot sequence is stored), and more screws. And we don't know why they did. Please check your computer/laptop or other devices carefully, or take a photo of it, so you know if any parts are gone or still there safe. Please dont go to local repair centres like with like these type of staff. Thank you

Excellent, friendly and very efficient.My laptop suddenly crashed and after wasting 2 hours on google and U tube trying to fix it my self, I decided on this service after phoning a number of others.I phoned them at 6:30 pm, didn't need to book an appointment, I took my laptop and was there around 7 pm, it took 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 15 minutes to repair which was quite impressive as other places tell you that you need to book an appointment or tell you leave them your laptop.
