Customer is clearly king for these guys. Very efficient, very responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Matt even came to a call out at 11pm when a tenant at one of our rental properties had an issue. I would recommend and will 100% use them again for everything home security related.

They were good for an alarm service, which was competitively priced. They also did a clean CCTV installation though it was delayed. However there have been countless issues with the CCTV that have gone unresolved for weeks. The after care and communication is not good.

Excellent knowledge and service. They upgraded the alarm system and CCTV in our home and outbuildings by reusing existing parts that were ok and replacing parts that were old. Kept us informed throughout and stuck to the agreed budget. Efficient and friendly. I can highly recommend Bucks Security.
