I had booked an appointment explaining on my booking my reason for visiting was to open a business mobile phone account. After taking the morning off to visit, the guy in the shop said they don't do that there and admitted that he should have read the email booking the appointment and let me know.

AMAZING .Everyone of the staff went above and beyond to help me get my phone unlocked after being turned away from the Samsung store . Genuinely interested in my dilemma. Unlocked my Samsung Phone which had been hacked can't thank you all enough Highley Recommend.

Soooooo much better than trying to talk to someone on phone at Sky customer services. Friendly helpful and sorted my application & engineer appointment to upgrade to Sky Q box. Came away a very happy bunny. Apparently they are opening similar stores in other towns. Fantastic. No more endless unsatisfactory telephone marathons

Absolutely brilliant! I was negotiating for my 85 year old aunt, the person I spoke to could not have been more helpful plus everything he did was spot on! Her Sky package is now totally up to date and no stress at all. A gold star for such a helpful man.
