It was great service provided by , I think it was Lesley - who could not be more helpful. I travelled a fair distance to get to the shop but it was well worth it to obtain a specific quality stove that all other stove centres in Scotland did not have in stock. Highly recommend.

Called in a few months ago to arrange survey, said visit would be that week or next. Still waiting. Contacted another company, phone call a day later, visit 3 days later, quote the next day. That's the kind of service you want.If companies are too busy they should be honest,but now wouldn't recommend Nicholson to anyone. There's plenty of other companies out there willing to do the job.

First fire fitted everything went well great serviceUnfortunately a few months back we visited for a quote for another log burnerIt was at a very busy time admittedly but there seemed to be little interest in getting back tous with a price for a fire.Eventually after a survey visit we receive a quote that was pretty much unbelievableI can only assume they didn’t want to do the jobThey had strung us along for months very annoyingly to then produce a quote that was patheticWe’ve since had the job done for well below half the cost by an hetas approved fitter which I believe fireplace direct arentVery dissapointed with the level of service but did us a favour in the endCouldn’t recommend anymore

Had new liner replaced today, left them to it as at had to return to work . Excellent service and very clean too ! impressed buy how clean they left my living room and keys posted back through the letter box . I would highly recommend - Many thanks
