They’re a waste of time. Is nearly 10am and still closed. Shop was supposed to be opened by 9. I have my order stuck with them now

Arranged a screen replacement for my IPhone 11 Pro. Have had constant issues since it’s been replaced where I’m locked out the phone or it dials people randomly. Have taken it back and they keep telling me there’s nothing wrong with it. Will now need to get the screen replaced again. Avoid this place.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Went in to get my charging port and battery replaced, they ended up damaging my old genuine apple screen’s LCD and started telling me that it was fine. After multiple back and forth arguing about how it was them that had damaged it and how my phone had never been touched by another repairer before they replaced the screen free of charge. The screen they replaced it with was sticking out in the bottom corner and was sticking about 2mm above the casing of the phone and didn’t have true tone. After telling them this they denied denied denied again and again until they decided to put the true tone third party screen on. When they did, the screen was still sticking out of the casing and still not sitting right on the corner and is a cheap third party screen from the colours and the quality of the screen. I explained to them that I would like a free repair if I found the screen was faulty after taking collection and giving payment and they denied saying that they only care that it is fine at the time of collection where I was being pressured into giving payment and not able to fully inspect the screen/repair. Not satisfied at all with the screen and it has ruined my use of the phone and would not have been an issue at all if the original screen wasn’t damaged by then during replacement of the other items. I am only giving this 2 stars because the charging port and battery are A* but the quality of repair and the customer service was horrendous and I will be paying another huge sum to get my phone repaired at apple/specialist company as I rely on my phone for photo editing where the quality of the screen is a big factor. The constant gaslighting and bullying/abuse of power was disgusting and I will never be using this company again along with telling friends and family to avoid.

Amazing! One month ago i had a problem with my iPad air 2020 (screen). I went to the nearest phone shop repair, but they did not do a great job and they took 5 days. I had to change the screen again, but this time i went to GadgetPro shop, after consulting their website. I dropped my tablet and they repaired in less then a hour!! Never seen a beautiful team like them, keep it up!!

I have used this shop for phone screen repair and purchased earbuds and earphones as presents for Christmas. They were polite, professional and so helpful. As I had to wait for phone cover they even delivered for me. The prices were very good and I found them trustworthy and I will definitely return. In fact I went back today to purchase a new iPad lead. Thank you to the team.

Very quick and quality service. Repaired phone screen in 15 minutes. Also gave a guarantee to come back if their service isn’t sufficient
