i struggled to find this place seeing as it wasn't in the main street- it was in a small shopping centre (whoopsie), went to replace my watch battery yesterday and the man was really nice, it was my first time going in for anything so i wasn't sure on what to expect but was really pleased with the experience, he changed the watch to the correct time too so it was ready to wear which i found really kind of him

Came to get my keys cut here yesterday. The guy on the counter was great - knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Had my keys done in no time. Thanks very much :)

Best shoe repair experience ever. I had an issue related to a job they made on my shoes (stick on soles) and they fixed it for free. Also, they are super fast.

Great attention to detail. Went the extra mile to make sure the engraving was perfect. It was a difficult piece to engrave but the final outcome was outstanding. Highly recommend

Really quick, took them about 2 minutes to cut my 4 keys. £9 per key, no idea if that's a reasonable price but happy to support this friendly business :)

Fantastic service, incredibly polite and very patient for young chaps like myself who aren't entirely sure which key they should be getting cut! Would definitely recommend this Timpsons to anyone needing to have a key cut, etc. Very quick turn around as well, was told it should take 5-10 minutes, left for about 2 minutes and came back and two out of three keys had already been cut!Hopefully won't need a new key anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be coming right back here!

I've been going to timpsoms for year's and never once have I had a bad experience with the customer service they will do most thing's on the day so that's good for doing the rest of your shopping and it's always there on time when you return for your item/item's and staff have very good nowledge on watches, key's (key's for car's and car fobs) etc. price's are very reasonable and the staff are nice and friendly, helpful and efficient to so keep the good work up, from a returning customer.
