Nice staff always nice 2 you when u go in but some improvements needed the shop is closing 2 early now never stays open intill 530pm 2 small needs bigger shop doesn't sell enough budgie toys always short off stock u can't get things u want and the prices needs drop down 2 expensive l rate it 3/5 it needs a bigger shop so people can walk around have a look and drop prices down shop is 2 small for a pet shop

Its a lovely little shop and very friendly .. they had me in stitches first time i went in...lovely people make you feel so comfortable and i left with a big smile on my face..would definately reccomend these 1000%..Thankyou for such nice service ..

Only small shop but loads of choice for all kinds of pets. The live feed is always fresh unlike some of the bigger chain stores. Any advice needed the staff are super knowledgeable and always keen to help. Excellent prices as well. Won't go anywhere else now.

I have always bought my rats from them for my snake .They are so polite and helpful. My snake wouldn't eat for about 2 or 3 months and the young lady in the shop explained why.So helpful. I would rate them 100%

Always friendly nice staff but lately never seems to be open been trying catch him all week never open don’t know if it’s closed down think it has by looks of it hope not
