I had been looking for a glass restorer for some time to reset and repair a large leaded glass panel in the front door of my house when I came across Ben's details. I was concerned that someone who was used to dealing with stained glass restoration in churches would not be interested to deal with a residential job but I wished to find an expert as we had had work done before by other companies who had not met our expectations.Ben is a real gem ,an expert worker in glass, who gave us a detailed quote with clear suggestions as to how to make the best possible finished result . He took out the old panel which was very loose and bowed with great care and attention and took it away leaving a temporary panel in its place . Ben repaired the panel beautifully in his workshop using the original glass and matching the lead finish to the existing side panels .When he came back to refit the panel he took considerable time and effort to ensure a perfect job and left everything clean and tidy.We are delighted with the result including the strengthening which he was able to do to avoid problems in the future- sometimes a front door does get shut with undue force in our house.i have no hesitation in recommending his expert work and the care and attention which he took.

Ben arrived promptly. He workedcarefully and neatly to change the glass in a leaded light. We were most impressed with his knowledge and workmanship. Based on our experience this morning we would definitely recommend him. We also found him to be reasonably priced.

Really very pleased with my experience of Stained Glass Restoration. Ben came out to re-cement the leaded lights in my house and managed to do all the windows (except those requiring scaffolding, which he'll be back to do), but he was quiet, very clean and tidy and the results of the windows speak for themselves. A great company and service.

Restoration of stained glass panels on Victorian French doors: I was concerned that it might not be possible to restore these but Ben has done an amazing job. A beautiful restoration of our 1930s stained glass in the front door. The window was replaced with a secure temporary covering and then refitted expertly without damage to the surrounds.

Ben did an expert job of carefully removing our window panel, cleaning it and mounting it in a light box for display in our new chapel. It is such an effective way to preserve and display the window for generations to come.
